Did anyone say that Muslims are living in past? That they are primitive? Well then I have news for you. Last night as I was in bed (since it seems to be the only place on the face of this planet where I can get a wifi connection on the phone.) looking for fun shit to download for my iPhone I came across an application called iEathalal.

At the first glance it didn't really seem to be that exiting, it's basically a guide to what is Halal (ok to eat.) Haram (not ok to eat.) and Mushbooh (unclear if it's ok to eat or not.). But man was i wrong!
After spending the entire day running around town checking what is Halal or not, I have to say that this application is by far the best one I've downloaded for the Iphone! Yes it's even more fun than the Nintendo emulator..

The data is based upon research conducted by several European universities, a number of government organizations and Islamic bodies. But to quote the iEathalal website, "However, Allah (sw) is the Supreme Judge and All Knower of everything, and we ask Him for forgiveness for any mistake that may have been made during the process.".

Well I hope for the guy's at iEathalal that the information is correct and that Allah will be forgiving enough not to shove a lightning rod up their asses in the case of any mistakes.

The Christian of the week.

This is the section where we invite a friend and show off his stuff in order to make our own life's easier, anyhow this is our good friend Christian Brunnström. It is unclear where Christian is residing right now, but it's somewhere in Scandinavia. This is where he takes most of his photos that we like so much that we decided to post his work once a week under the name "The Christian of the week.". When Christian is not taking photos up north he often travels to Barcelona (often without mentioning it to any of us.) where he used to live before he moved back to Scandinavia to study whatever it is he's studying (I'm not sure he knows it either.). Be aware, if you meet him be sure to know your Seinfeld cause the only way to communicate with him is trough Seinfeld quotes...so without further ado we present to you the first ever Christian of the week!

The most awesome goal ever scored.

Do you remember a man by the name Rene Higuita? Probably not, either you're to young or you just don't give a shit about football. But for those who do remember him remember that Higuita didn't really fit the standards for a goalkeeper. This cocaine fueled Colombian lunatic is singlehandedly responsible for some of the greatest moments in football history, such as the famous scorpion kick save and in this video clip (do you even use that term anymore?) the greatest goal ever scored. Pay attention to two things as you watch the clip. The way Higuita shoots the ball, this can only be done by a man with severe drug issues. And last but not least, listen to the commentator. Makes you wonder if all Colombians are on drugs.......enjoy.
